All newly supplied and installed plants guarantee in full for 1 year from installation. Existing transplanted trees, shrubs not guaranteed (Proper watering is essential). All construction guarantee for 5 years from completion.

STORE POLICY

Refunds: Store credit will only be made accompanied with a receipt of purchase and approval of management. Deposits made for arrangements, custom-made planter, corsages or boutonnieres will NOT be refundable.

Exchange: Exchanges can be made within 10 days after purchase accompanied with receipt of purchase.

Guarantee: if you are not satisfied with the floral arrangement, pls. inform the shop within 24 hour. Flower arrangements are guaranteed for 24 hours after receiving delivery.
